Bomi Group further expands in LATAM and completes the acquisition of ILS Corporation in Ecuador and Peru

The transaction consists in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of a group of five companies owned by the same shareholders, all of them active in the area of transport and logistics operations for the Healthcare sector.

Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) was established in 1999 with the purpose of providing integral logistics services, complying with international standards and designed according to the customers’needs based on their own internal policies and procedures. It operates in Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca, with additional cross-docking operations in Portoviejo and Sto. Domingo which enables the Group to have a nationwide coverage.

ILS Peru has a state-of-the-art facility in Lima, next to the Bomi Peru distribution center. ILS’s service portfolio includes: warehousing, inventory control, conditioning, picking/packing, distribution, last mile deliveries and cold chain management with a particular focus on pharma and animal health products. With 45,000 sqm of warehousing space, 1,500 m³ of cold rooms, 120 trucks and 3 million units labeled per year, ILS is the strategic partner in Ecuador who allows Bomi Group to further reinforce its solid presence in Latin America , improving once again its unique value proposition in the Region. Bomi Group is already present with its own facilities in the following LATAM Countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Peru.
