Giuseppe Accogli joined ARCHIMED as an Operating Partner and was appointed as Partner in 2026.
Giuseppe brings over 30 years of international experience in the MedTech sector, with a track record spanning sales, marketing, R&D, M&A, and strategic transformation globally, with a strong focus on the US and EMEA markets.
He began his career in sales and marketing at Tyco Healthcare before joining Medtronic in 2004 as Business Manager Cardiovascular. In 2007, he moved to Baxter as Business Manager Renal for Italy, and later relocated to Switzerland to lead EMEA Regional Marketing. In 2015, he was appointed to run the US Renal Business from Chicago, taking on a series of increasingly senior roles culminating in a seat on Baxter’s Executive Committee as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Chiesi Group.
Throughout his career, Giuseppe has led transformational acquisitions and business turnarounds, driving both financial performance and organizational change across complex, global enterprises.
Giuseppe holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bari, Italy, and master’s degrees from SAA Turin and the University of San Diego.
