Marcin Goszyk joined ARCHIMED in 2019 and was appointed Partner in 2025.
Marcin brings over two decades of private equity experience across Europe and North America, shaped by senior investment roles at The Riverside Company and Innova Capital, following an early foundation in M&A advisory at PwC.
At ARCHIMED, Marcin leads the Pharma Services sector and has played a central role in scaling the companies. Through multiple Board member roles, he has contributed to the companies’ global expansion, supporting over 20 successful add-on acquisitions and helping them transform into international leaders in their respective segments.
Marcin holds a Global Executive MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. He also serves as Coordination Council Secretary at Warszawski Dom pod Fontanną, a long-standing community supporting the reintegration of adults living with mental health challenges.
