Mike brings over 20 years of experience leading and transforming organizations, developing strategy, and delivering commercial and operational improvement.
Prior to ARCHIMED, Mike spent over 16 years at Lonza, which he joined in 2010 following its acquisition of Moda Technology Partners, the Healthcare IT business he had co-founded in 2006. At Lonza, he held a series of senior commercial, general management, and P&L leadership roles across the Informatics, Bioscience, and Capsules & Health Ingredients businesses, before being appointed Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head of Bioscience in 2025.
Mike also brings a strong entrepreneurial track record, having co-founded both Moda Technology Partners and Sycamore Group, an IT strategy and software consultancy for the life science industry, giving him hands-on operational experience across the Life Science Tools & Services and Healthcare IT sectors.
